| Schmelta-V Schmelta-V is a editor for missions, persons, and dudes. It has a point-and-click interface, and uses windows (not Windows) to display the different screens for making/modifying resources. In my experience I have found Schmelta-V to be very reliable and useful. I suggest anyone who is making Plug-Ins to dowload a copy.  | |
